The quality purpose built residence will form a ‘V’ shaped tower with 205 suites together with a bi-level underground garage.  The Hansen construction began in December of 2013 and is expected to be completed in 2016.

 

About Martinway Development

The Chapel View Apartment project became the first LEED Platinum Multi-residential certified project in North America and earning the respect of some of the notable and prestigious environmental awards in the world.  In 2013, Martinway contracting Ltd was selected by Supportive Housing In Peel (SHIP) to build Hansen project at 247 Queen Street East, Brampton, ON.  The Hansen Project will include one ground level of retail space, one level of office/commercial and 13 storeys of a multi-residential affordable housing rental component consisting of 205 residential units and amenities.
